TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Arrivals: from 14.00 to 18.00.
2. Departures: to 10.00.
3. We rent room and studio for minimum 2 days.
4. We rent apartment for minimum 3 days.
5. Price of room (person/day) includes accommodation for the night and bedclothes.
6. Price of apartment includes daily rent and bedclothes.
7. Payment with cash.
8. At reservation is needed to pay 30 % payment on account (payment on transaction account).
9. Constant guest have discount.
10. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
